    I'm so thankful for the team here. It's never easy going to an emergency vet, and I knew there would be a long wait, but the most important thing was that they came through for my dog. I was (and still am) pretty traumatized, but I'm just so grateful they were so kind to me. Their bedside manner made a huge difference when I was worried sick. Even now, two weeks later, it's hard for me to talk about it. When I went to pick up my dog around midnight, I was greeted with the same upbeat attitude as when I first walked in at 5pm. They offered a lot of comfort and reassurance. I couldn't get my dog to take his painkillers, so I called and went back at 6 AM for help, and they were just as supportive. I feel so lucky that they're open 24 hours, and from what I hear, they have the best equipment. This is a brand new facility, so it's no surprise they have top-notch, state-of-the-art equipment. I visited their Renton location 7 years ago and they were just as nice to us. Thank you for being there for our pets!

    Brand new facility, super clean and very friendly staff and doctors. Our dog was diagnosed with cancer. We saw Dr. Breit she was very compassionate and spent time with us explaining all of our options. It was a positive experience.

    We had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our senior dog last week, after a medical emergency. This was our first visit to Blue Pearl Tukwila, and our family was impressed by the professionalism and compassion shown by Dr. Lee and staff. They examined our dog in a very timely manner upon arrival, were transparent with their care plan for pain management as well as pricing up front, and talked us through options for end-of-life care. It was devastating for us to say goodbye to our dog, but we felt fortunate to be able to spend the time needed with her under the support of the staff in this hospital.

    Everyone here was EXTREMELY kind, passionate & helpful. I can't remember her name, but the front desk girl working on 7/23 at 7am was the truly kindest & sweetest human on the planet. Every doctor was very patient with our dog. They never once made us feel bad for how crazy he was barking and let us have a private room while we figured out payment. They've called a few times too check in post surgery. We were a bit worried about our dogs surgery but the surgeon sat with us for awhile going over it & we felt no rush at all asking a bunch of questions! Thank you for a very smooth process that felt very comfortable! I'm glad our dog was in safe hands!
